Regular meditation practice is a way of mindful living that allows you to re-connect to yourself and live from a deeper purpose. Sandra introduces you to easy-to learn Breath-Meditation and Somatic Meditation practices, that build your awareness, connect you to your deeper essence and release stress and tightness in your body and mind.

Somatic Meditation Classes guide you to mindful breathing, stop the chatter in your mind, and allow you to come to a deep stillness from where healing occurs. This somatic approach of meditation is very effective for healing of trauma and guides you to live in the present moment again. The practices are based on original Tibettan and Taoist teachings and offer a loving approach to fundamentally embrace yourself with a new sense of acceptance and self-love.

Body Awareness and meditation classes are set in serene and relaxed environments where you can experience being fully immersed in the present moment. Being in connection with your body, you will be able to reach a deep sense of relaxation and feelings of unity in body and mind.
