Somatic Meditation classes offer an exploration into the deeper parts of yourself through mindfulness based practices and guided meditations.
These classes develop your connection to your Body’s intelligence and wisdom and transform your perception of yourself and the world.
These practices will awaken your experience of inner space and deep stillness and guide you to live your life from this deeper connection.
In this course, you will learn the foundations of somatic meditation practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
